House rules

These rules apply in all our apartments. If anything is unclear, call or message us.

  1. Check-in only with a valid photo ID.
  2. Check-in from 14:00 (15:00), check-out by 11:00.
  3. Check-in or check-out at another time only by prior arrangement.
  4. Check-out after 11:00 is charged extra: until 16:00, 50% of the nightly rate; after 16:00, 100%.
  5. Stays shorter than one night are charged as a full night, regardless of check-in and check-out times.
  6. A booking is secured by a deposit. If the booking is canceled, the deposit is not refunded.
  7. When you leave the apartment, turn off the taps, close the windows and door, and switch off the lights, TV and other appliances; leave the fridge and the boiler on. Damage caused by running taps or appliances left on is paid for by the guest.
  8. Please keep the apartment clean and take care of the furniture, appliances and other items. Damaged or lost items are compensated at the price of the same items on the day of check-out.
  9. In the apartment it is not allowed to: break the quiet or disturb the neighbors; smoke; keep pets without prior arrangement; hold parties or other gatherings without prior arrangement.
  10. If these rules are broken, we may refuse further stay without refunding the deposit or the amount paid for the stay.
