How do I book an apartment?

Send a booking request from the site (dates, number of guests, phone number) — our manager will confirm the booking within a few minutes. Or call or message us on Telegram — we work around the clock.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. Another time, including at night, is by arrangement — at the time you need, if the apartment is available.

Is prepayment required?

Yes, a booking is secured by a deposit: once the dates and the apartment are agreed, you pay the deposit and the rest at check-in. Please note: if the booking is canceled, the deposit is not refunded.

Can I check in at night?

Yes, check-in is round the clock. If your train or bus arrives at night, let us know and we will arrange self check-in with a code and full instructions.

Do you provide documents for business trips?

Yes, we provide a full set of documents for expense reporting. Mention it when booking and we will prepare them in advance.

Are pets allowed?

It depends on the apartment. Tell us about your pet when booking and we will find an apartment where pets are allowed.

Do you offer hourly rent?

Yes, some of our apartments are rented by the hour. Call or message us and we will find an available apartment for the hours you need.
