How they differ
An elevator, modern windows, fresh renovation and appliances: Smart TV, a washing machine, and in some apartments air conditioning and a dishwasher. A townhouse in the center gives you atmosphere and Old Town views; a new building gives you quiet and comfort.
Where they are
At Pid Holoskom in the north of the city (about 12 minutes by car to the center), on Chornovola Avenue and in the Avalon residential complex, and on Shevchenka and Holubovycha streets near the railway station.
