A loft studio on the top floor of a building on Svobody Avenue, with its own rooftop terrace. A room with a brick wall and floor-to-ceiling glazing: the double bed stands right by the glass, with a view of the Old Town rooftops. The floor is covered with artificial turf, there are mirrors above the bed, and behind a bar counter with high stools is a mini-kitchen: induction stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator — everything you need for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning, Smart TV, washing machine. Two sleeping places, an apartment for a couple.

A unique rooftop terrace with an incredible view of the Old Town center: you can see the dome of the Dominican Church, High Castle with the TV tower and the rooftops of the center.

What's nearby

The building stands opposite the Opera House, the very center. Countless cafes and restaurants, museums and art centers, a McDonald's nearby. The avenue's promenade with the Shevchenko Monument leads to Mickiewicz Square; Rynok Square and the Town Hall are a five-minute walk, High Castle twenty minutes. Five minutes away, on Horodotska Street, there's a tram to the railway station and Krakivskyi Market — a convenient transport junction. Other apartments in the center.

Practical details

Electric heating, you control it yourself. Wi-Fi internet. Intercom on the gate, video surveillance in the stairwell. The terrace is for two guests; it is not rented for parties. The apartment is often booked for proposals, anniversaries and photo shoots. Prices are higher on weekends and holidays than on weekdays.
