What's nearby

Pid Holoskom is an area of new buildings north of the center, next to Chornovola Avenue — a straight road to the city center. You can park next to the building, and the surroundings are quiet. 12–15 minutes to the Opera House by car or taxi, about 20 by public transport. Supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. Heating from the apartment's own gas boiler; you set the temperature yourself. Wi-Fi internet. Elevator, intercom, video surveillance at the entrance. 15 minutes by car from the railway station, 20–25 from the airport. Available by the night and for longer stays.
