A one-room apartment on the second floor of a new building on Shevchenka Street, in the Velyka Brytaniia residential complex. A bedroom with a double bed and a separate kitchen with a sofa bed, so four guests have two different rooms. The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and kettle, dishes — everything you need for a comfortable stay. Glazed loggia. Shower, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, Smart TV. Windows facing the courtyard, where there is a children's playground.

The apartment is between the center and the railway station: a twenty-minute walk to the railway station or ten minutes by tram along Horodotska Street. A fifteen-minute walk to the Opera House, or by tram from Horodotska Street. Other apartments near the railway station.
