A large kitchen-living room of about thirty square meters with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a double bed. A bathtub, a washing machine, a kitchen with a gas stove, heating from the apartment's own gas boiler. Third floor, windows with a beautiful view of the famous Gothic church (the Church of Sts. Olha and Elizabeth). Intercom at the entrance. Our studio for two is also in the same building.

A large modern bathtub, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, two TVs with cable channels. Windows facing the street, with a nice view.

The railway station area: an eight-minute walk to the railway station or a few minutes by tram, seven minutes to Pryvokzalnyi Market. To the Opera House by tram along Horodotska Street with no changes, about fifteen minutes. Other apartments near the railway station.
Practical details
Heating from the apartment's own gas boiler — you set the temperature yourself. Wi-Fi internet. Intercom. In the same building we have a studio for two, so we can accommodate a group next door to each other. Available by the night and for longer stays. 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. The price on weekends and holidays is higher than on weekdays. We provide documents for business trips (invoices and receipts).
